Wildcatch™ Sockeye Salmon Burgers come individually packaged and frozen, and we recommend cooking our burgers from frozen (no pre-thawing necessary). For best results and to avoid overcooking, use one of the following methods:
Skillet Directions:
- Use nonstick pan or spray pan with cooking spray.
- Sear patties over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Grill Directions:
- On a clean, oiled grill place patties over medium heat and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
